    We are looking for someone willing to work in internal recruitment and eager to develop the employer branding activites locally in Romania.

    We are ideally looking for:

    -University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
    -At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
    -Advanced English language skills and other languages would be a plus
    -Dynamic, enthusiastic, independent and strong team player
    -Client oriented

    Experience in employer branding is a plus, however we are considering candidates with no experience in the field who are eager to learn and bring their ideas to fruition.



    -Implement a recruitment strategy to anticipate the hiring managers' needs
    -Innovating, modifying and adapting your recruitment approach according to the market evolution
    -leading the recruitment activities within different departments in Romania
    -Identify key strategic positions and new openings within the hu
    -Consult and advise with senior management on the talent acquisition strategy

    Employer Branding:

    -Coordinate projects to develop the brand image & employee retention
    -Involvement in diverse recruitment & events projects (creation of training programs, tools, events)
    -Leading the local employer branding activities
    -Increase the company's image and visibility through various events, job fairs and workshops

    You will report directly to the Staff Recruitment Director.
