    Requirements

    Qualifications

    - PC / computer skills—MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); 
    - Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility;
    - High level of customer and service orientation, communication skills and organizational skills;
    - Assertiveness, flexibility and resilience;
    - Independent, responsible, accurate and structured way of working;
    - German (B2/C1) and English (B2);
    - Purchasing experience / technical affinity & background / commercial experience( would be a
    plus ).

    Responsibilities

    Job Description

    - Support in e-procurement catalog service for busineses of Robert Bosch Group;
    -  Interface between (central) Purchasng, Supplier and Catalog Platform Providers;
    -  Monitoring the delivery ( on time) of the catalog data;
    -  Implementation of the price check based on the requirements of the Central Purchasing;
    -  Ensuring the catalog quality;
    -  Answer general questions of end users in the First Level Support;
    -  Keeps in touch with the companies which offer benefits to Bosch employees;
    -  Index calculation on the basis of price comparisons;
    -  Reporting.
