    Peste 6 luni de experienta in domeniul Serviciului Clienti (de preferinta intr-un mediu de inchiriere servicii);
    Microsoft Office, experienta in utilizarea unui sistem CRM;
    Engleza: avansat;
    Abilitati de comunicare, organizare, atentie la detalii.

    Responsabilitati

    Preluarea si inregistrarea solicitarilor clientilor;
    Mentinerea comunicarii cu clientii (informarea lor in legatura cu modificarile de grafic ori intarzieri, detalii privind livrarea si instalarea, tipuri de servicii asigurate, etape ale proiectului, detalii privind facturarea);
    Solutionarea reclamatiilor si oferirea raspunsurilor catre clienti (ex. reclamatii sau solicitari de interventii pe teren datorate defectiunilor pe echipamente);
    Mentinerea legaturii cu echipele potrivite pentru solutionarea prompta a diferitelor situatii;
    Inregistrarea modificarilor solicitate de clienti privind comenzile initiale: schimbari ale cerintelor tehnice, solicitari de prelungire a termenelor de inchiriere sau achizitionarea de servicii aditionale;
    Oferirea suportului pentru departamentul de vanzari in ceea ce priveste comenzile clientilor, activitatile de urmarire post-comanda si accelerarea procesului decizional / aprobare.
