    Studii superioare: absolvent facultate profil economic
    Experienta: cel putin un an intr-o pozitie similara
    Cunostinte de calculator: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
    Limba engleza –nivel mediu;
    Maturitate profesionala, flexibilitate, orentare spre solutionarea problemelor.
    Abilitati de comunicare si relationare ; team-player.


    Aasigurarea controlului cheltuielilor, intocmirea rapoartelor si a formalitatilor necesare platii facturilor.
    Prin intermediul aplicatiei People Soft, initiaza requisitions si receipts pentru intreg departamentul Operational Control (MSP & Operational Supervision, Local Real Estate Management, Security si Technical Implementation) si urmareste stadiul aprobarii si platilor facturilor in conformitate cu termenele de plata asumate contractual;
    Aloca si distribuie cheltuielile departamentului Operational Control pe centre de cost stabilite;
    Verifica facturile serviciilor prestate de catre furnizori, in conformitate cu contractele in vigoare si impartirea costurilor pe centre de cost;
    Reconciliaza volumul serviciilor prestate si valoarea lor in confomitate cu preturile si conditiile contractuale;
    Pregateste bugetul de cheltuieli anuale (MTP) si urmareste executia bugetara;
    Monitorizeaza si intocmeste rapoarte necesare controlului cheltuielilor vs buget si conlucreaza cu departamentul Finance in vederea obtinerii informatiilor necesare controlului cheltuielilor;
    Intocmeste documentele necesare achizitionarii de bunuri si servicii in vederea aprobarii (Purchase Approval) si urmareste stadiul aprobarii si platilor facturilor inconformitatecu termenele de plata asumate contractual;
    Are o buna colaborare cu departamentele implicate in procesarea comenzilor / platilor;
    Asigura serviciul de suplinire (back-up) pentru perioade limitate pentru echipa Administrare Servicii din cadrul MSP & Operational Services
