HR Administrator - 2 years contract

YOU MUST HAVE
-Experience in a similar HR admin role or eagerness to start a career in HR.
-English language knowledge on a medium level.
-Office tools knowledge – Excel, Word.
Basic labor law knowledge.
University Degree in HR, Economics, Finance or any related field.
-Preparation of employee contracts and administration of on-boarding and off-boarding.
-Administration of contract modifications, medical and other benefits, employee exits etc.
-Invoice check of HRS providers and related administration (e.g. approval).
-Reporting related to HR services.
-Answering customers calls.
-Supporting HR services related audit.
-Managing HRS service requests in CRM according to SLA
-Answering to all employees queries and directing them to the right channels, if needed.
-Involvement in process integration, if required.
-Initiate improvement ideas and taking action on them.
-Coordinate and provide data and info to payroll for monthly closing.
-Working closely with other departments like Finance, Government Relations, Staffing.
-Comply with all required policies & local labor law.
