Senior Java Developer-Cluj-Napoca

- Relevant experience in Java EE
- Java frameworks (Spring, Struts, EJB, JTA, JAX-WS, JAX-RS) and application servers (Glassfish, WebLogic)
- Databases (Oracle, SQL)
- ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Fluency in English/ (written and oral)
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- Ability to coach and guide people
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude

- Analysing requirements, designing solutions and developing software artefacts
- Interacting with our clients to understand their needs and participating in high level estimates for large work packages
- Starting new projects and actively participating in all project phases
- Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
