For one of our client, a multinational company, specialized in designing and developing IT solutions for various industries (such as FMCG, automotive industry, heavy industry, DIY), with over 10.000 companies using it’s IT solutions worldwide, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist.

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of call center experience
• Experience in sales (ideally-Software IT sales)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• English – advanced level
• Very good communication and analytical skills

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
• Contact the existing accounts and develop the business.
