    Responsabilitati

    Verificarea comenzilor de echipamente primite si lansarea comenzilor de echipamente catre furnizori;
    Procesarea contractelor de vanzare si de inchiriere;
    Mentinerea comunicarii cu furnizorii, cu clientii si cu echipa de vanzari;
    Organizarea livrarilor si a punerii in functiune a echipamentelor;
    Mentinerea datelor necesare desfasurarii procesului de comanda, livrare, facturare si incasare;
    Emiterea si trimiterea facturilor, pastrarea evidentei facturilor emise si a tuturor documentelor legate de comenzi de echipamente;
    Crearea, verificarea si actualizarea status-ului echipamentelor in sistemul de evidenta;
    Oferirea suportului administrativ pentru departamentul Sales;
    Rezolvarea reclamatiilor primite de la clienti, oferirea de informatii in legatura cu starea comenzilor, a livrarilor si a facturilor emise;
