Junior Recruitment Consultant

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the recruitment field;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Willing to learn and develop new skills and work with different type of profiles;
- Sociable and team-oriented;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and quick reporting requests.

What will you do?

- Active search for potential candidates;
- Calling the potential candidates in order to schedule interviews;
- Analyzing applicants resumes versus relevant key skills, knowledge and abilities;
- Preparing status reports, measuring recruitment process progress;
- Interviewing the right candidates.
