Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas
With 2-3years working experience
Good analytical & numerical skills
Computer skills (MS Office)
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English/ French/ German
Willingness to continuously improve their knowledge

This new colleague will be part of an inter-disciplinary M&A deal team(lawyers, tax consultants, investment bankers) and will be accountable for:
Understand the economic aspects of the companies which our clients want to acquire or dispose of
Analyze financial and non-financial information (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, industry reports)
Raise questions to the management and staff regarding accounting and business matters
Perform research on different topics (industry or other subject matters)
Correlate company evolutions with detailed accounting information
Write sections of Due diligence reports
