Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist with Spanish (B2 - C1)

• At least 1-year experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections;
• Fluency in Spanish language (B2 – C1) and good command of English is a must; • Keen to take ownership responsibility;
• Proactive in solving day to day issues;
• Ability to pick up new tasks quickly;
• Good communication and development skills;
• Team player;
• Flexible approach;
• Experience of SAP Accounts Receivable systems;

• Developing good client relationship, colleague’s relationship, as well as with other
external parties;
• Solving collection issues, processing customer refunds, Direct Debit, processing and reviewing account adjustments, resolving client discrepancies and short payments
(claims/disputes);
• Responsibilities for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts with customer
calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos;
• Accountability for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts;
• Effectively communicating with Sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis;
• Taking responsibility for own professional development and growth.
