    Cerinte

    - Identify processes from within contract partners or National Sales Organisations;
    - Fully document processes in a clear and precise manner;
    - Develop and maintain a detailed library of information;
    - Transfer gained knowledge to key business partners;
    - To be the contact point for any questions or status updates;
    - Support business partners related to vendor and contract management.

    Responsabilitati

    - Ideally to have previous experience of Process Authoring;
    - Conscientious, high attention to detail with the ability to see tasks through to completion;
    - Methodical, analytical and logical thinker;
    - Able to demonstrate use of initiative;
    - Displays data management skills;
    - Experience of using Microsoft applications;
    - Good communication skills, able to work with different languages and cultures;
    - Ability to travel to different locations to obtain required information;
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. German or French will be an advantage;
    - The candidate has to be willing to travel on average one time a month abroad to visit stakeholders.
