    Requirements

    For our customer, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for Customer Service Officer.

    Requirements:

    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
    - Economic education background is an advantage
    - Good communication skills
    - Good level of communication in English
    - Excel Medium level
    - Basic Financial knowledge

    Responsibilities

    - Responsible for the administration process of Service partner, Distributors, Operators, including audition and payment process control for repair
    - Daily communication with partners and customer regarding repair fee claims
    - Support to Suppliers regarding some Repair billing system and process clarifications
