    Knowledge of working Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) - mandatory Excel;
    Advanced level English knowledge
    Understanding and exposure to certain business procedures and workflows
    analytical thinking, organised, attention to details;
    Ability to work with large amount of information;
    High working speed;
    Good communication, easily getting adapted to different tasks and environments.


    Offering support for users to generate reports according to their needs;
    Offering support and training for users to generate reports, using the application solving problems;
    Data validation between what is received from distributors and what exists in the application; checking discrepancies and making follow-up for solving them;
    Inventory check and checking the orders closed in SAP by the distributors, conducting follow-up with distributors for unclosed or incorrect orders;
    Checking the correctness and accuracy of data for the final inventory;
    Checking the data loaded by the distributor and conducting follow-up if the data is not entered or it was entered incorrectly;
    Offering support for users to create customized reports according to their needs.
