Studies in electronic, mechanic or mechatronic engineering;
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, in automotive industry;
Experience in project management, technical fault analysis, troubleshooting, FMEA, control plan, continuous improvement;
English at an advanced level (German - advantage);
Knowledge of ISO TS16949/IATF16949;
Knowledge of SAP tools and MS Office;
A proactive person, with great planning and organizing abilities;
A team player with a leadership vibe.

Coordinating the smooth running of the production lines;
Applying Benchmarks, CIP and LEAN processes.
Maintaining, reporting and presenting of operation figure data;
Introducing data in the SAP tools;
Transferring the production line from Germany to Oradea;
Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes over the production of products;
Monitoring the manufacturing process and leading the ensuring the process improvement function;
Coordinating and training the team members and offering them technical support.

We are hiring a Process Engineer for a German company in Automotive industry, company that starts its operations in Oradea.
