• University degree, preferable Engineering or Road Vehicles
• Very good computer skills
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Technical automotive knowledge

• Takes part in qualification and certification programmes, with the purpose of obtaining the status of qualified/certified trainer
• Takes part in periodical qualification and certification programmes supplied by Daimler AG – of the type Train the Trainer
• Makes certain suggestions regarding the training policies, according to specific Daimler AG recommendations
• Is responsible, in cooperation with the Training Center Manager, for the conducting of the annual training scheduled programme
• Conducts an assessment of all the trainees after each course and offers feedback
• Is in charge of preparing the technical and product qualification/certification examinations
• Performs the evaluation of the trainees (both practical, and theoretical one)
• Supplies technical and product courses towards various customer categories (dealers, fleet customers, body builders, independent workshops, internal clients)
• Makes suggestions concerning other requirements identified during training and presents development proposals
• Keeps in touch with all the departments, in order to assess the training and qualification requirements, with the suppliers of training and qualification courses
• Offers consultancy services to authorized partners, in case certain technical issues have occurred and cannot be remedied – on site or by phone
• Takes part in events together with Mercedes-Benz clients, in order to provide them with details pertaining to the products available on the market – technical and product-specific
Additional information:
• Limited contract for 12 months with the possibility of prolongation
