    The OTC Associate is responsible for performing work activities included in the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Kellogg organization in Europe, in support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives.


    Be responsible for the timely processing of the Rest of the World (ROW) sales orders in an accurate and efficient manner by ensuring the completeness of sales orders through to the full and accurate receipt of payment;

    Assume the role of SPOC (single point of contact) for any queries relating to order
    management / fulfilment/ Invoicing / pricing of ROW orders —- specifically with Distribution, PPM and Supply Planning Teams;

    Consistently meet compliance measures and achieve SLAs;

    Achieve and sustain best practices in effectiveness, quality delivery and efficiency
    within a strong internal control framework;

    Pursue continuous improvements aimed at challenging the norm and being
    innovative, driving efficiencies and decrease costs.

    Customers and Operations:

    Monitor all incoming sales orders, analyse and resolve order Issues;

    Ensure proactive communication to Customer or Distributor for any OTC related

    Liaise with KEU Supply Planning Team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately;

    Manage all requirements for export documentation with distribution team;

    Resolve inquiries from internal OTC teams;

    Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered;

    Generate reports for OTC leadership team.

    Capability Building and Innovation:

    Build indlvidual skills and capabilities through learning opportunities such as training
    courses and on-the-job training;

    Support implementation of improvements for process effciency, quality and control

    Work on special projects and continuous Improvement Initiatives;

    Identify opportunities to make the processes more effective;

    Participate in pilots or service rehearsals before major changes are implemented;
    conduct system testing for technology upgrades.

    High School Diploma;

    Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good customer service skills;

    Fluency in English;

    Fluency in additional European Language(s) would be advantageous;

    Experience of using SAP: The ability to navigate SAP modules. This may Include
    Master Data, Order to Cash, APO, Return Transactions, Order Management, Pricing;

    ln-depth understanding of OTC function including best practices, technologies,
    processes, procedures & tools;

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

    Ability to work in a team environment;

    Solid analytical, problem solving and time management skills.


    Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service centre

    Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues

    Strong understanding of Logistics & International Trade processes like shipping
    documents, incoterms, working with shipping lines, customs processes etc;

    Ability to manage multiple and sometimes con?icting priorities and specific time

    Processed and Packaged foods industry experience.
