    Requirements

    What you will need to be successful in this role?

    - Advanced level of English language, both spoken and written;
    - 3+ years in IT/Telecommunications preferred;
    - At least 3 years of direct sales exp. in an Account Executive role or equivalent quota-carrying role in the IT/Telecommunications/Technology sector;
    - Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions;
    - Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles;
    - Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typically about 25% of the time;
    - Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within worldwide companies;
    - Knowledge in selling and understanding complex hosting, security and connectivity products;
    - Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter, as well as a team player;
    - Good written and verbal communication skills;

    Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to assist us in our journey to help everyone do business faster, and better. Your mission will be to bring M247 to new Enterprise-level businesses and organizations within the Southern and Eastern Europe area, quarterbacking deals from start to finish.
    This role is based in Bucharest, with occasional business travel to Europe.

    What will you do in this role?

    - Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals & objectives through achieving and exceeding individual sales quota;
    - Qualify sales opportunities based on M247's sales methodology & metrics, to include customer fit and success criteria;
    - Build account plans and strategies for each target account;
    - Build/Improve strategies to increase the number of sales opportunities;
    - Effectively leverage internal resources (Senior Executives, Technical, Professional Services, Legal etc.) in Sales Campaigns;
    - Create and deliver customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations, by phone / web-demo;
    - Develop, strategize, negotiate and close business;
    - Consistently seek new business opportunities by presenting, recommending and upselling new M247 products, services and partner solutions;
    - Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools;
    - Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales resources on M247 worldwide team;
