    Key Requirements:

    University degree in economics
    Min 1 year experience in finance
    Advanced excel skills
    SAP knowledge is a plus
    Good command of English language (comprehension, written and speech)
    Analytical skills & attention to details
    Payroll experience is a plus


    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare monthly reconciliations for payroll General Ledger accounts: compare with SAP Sub ledger, back-up calculations, declarations etc. and investigate/report/flag differences;
    Check manual JE related to payroll for proper documentation/approvals;
    Load/report reconciliation files within Blackline Application;
    Communicate to location/payroll Hub discrepancies discovered and ask for clarifications;
    Assure tractability and follow-up for the payroll issues;
    Participate to monthly meetings related to payroll
    Accounting correction journals if needed;
    Books standard journals related to payroll;
    Offer support for audit review;
    Business partner and maintains relation between HR Payroll and Finance
    Various analysis requested by management
