What You’ll Need?



Bachelor Degree
Around 5 years experience on a similar role
Knowledge Microsoft Office and Marketing Automation Systems
Understanding the Energy & Gas industry
Product development experience dedicated to residential customers
Analytical skills, attention to detail
Ability to communicate, present and connect
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, in a continuous change
Time management and efficient organization of the activity
Orientation towards result, initiative, dynamism

Here is a typical day/week snapshot:

Manages internal or external marketing projects to support Product Development
Monitors the trends and needs of residential customers
Conceives and executes marketing campaigns
Aware of the market trends and successful practices regarding the evolution of the products from the energy and gas market in the business segment
Responsible for designing and adjusting the documents necessary for the implementation of products and services in the IT systems as well as for the documentation necessary for the internal procedures.
Collaborates with all the departments involved in the implementation and management of services and products.
Modify and update your communication materials and customer information across multiple channels (stores, online, etc.)
Monitor campaign results, products and services after launch, and suggest ideas for improving results
Monitors and reports the evolution of the main competitors on the energy and gas market
Performing regular performance monitoring reports or on-demand reports according to the needs of the Product Development department
Develop and manage Customer Lifecycle - from activation to customer retention
