    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    Travel/Hospitality industry is preferable;
    Any other foreign languages fluently spoken are considered an advantage;
    Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
    Detail oriented person;
    Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritize;
    Ability to work with tight deadlines and react to emergency situations;
    Problem solving skills;
    Good communication and reporting skills;
    Excellent knowledge of English language;
    Proficient user of MS Office.


    Key Activities:

    Action all booking requests, cancellations and amendments quickly, efficiently and accurately in the department trackers;
    Monitor the LDC mail account and distribute all the e-mails correctly to all the members of the team;
    Co-ordinate with Internal departments to resolve all the discrepancies on the requests received;
    Monitor the situation of the new bookings and highlight to management any potential issues;
    Prioritise work load as and when necessary;
    Assist other members of the LDC Reservation Team and other departments as and when workload dictates;
    Undertake, as requested, other tasks or projects and complete within the given time frame;
    Educate and familiarise self with knowledge of product and suppliers;
    Respond to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within 24 hours;
    Ensure good communication with colleagues and management. Provide feedback and identify any new ideas and/or problems.
