    In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.
    We are currently looking for Senior Pricing Analyst for Finance who will partner with the businesses to ensure that the pricing strategy allows to reach or exceed financial goals; will gather financial and operational data and performs analyses and reporting to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives, to enable tactical pricing actions and will analyze trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and recommends corrective active actions as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    Product category pricing ownership and governance for Europe Geos:

    Supports the large and complex portfolio Hybrid IT products and services.
    Provides leadership in the implementation of the Hybrid IT pricing strategy
    Owns pricing delegation and governance for one product category, establishing delegations per level, managing PROS and price response for all pricing motions
    Pricing Finance Analysis:

    Leads complex analysis and determines the best method for achieving objectives.
    Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of pricing reporting and analysis to the business.
    Drives multiple complex operational processes, such as margin analysis, revenue recognition, or organizational sales reporting.
    Produces moderately to highly complex deliverable, analyses and reports using business applications, making recommendations and/or decisions on common issues.
    Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
    Drives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
    Communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business and operations support team.
    Provides guidance and leadership to junior level employees
    Owns the research and data analysis for complex projects
    Understands complex business issues and makes appropriate recommendations by applying intermediate subject matter expertise.
    Utilizes standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
    Process improvement:

    Represents the needs of the business or function during moderately complex process improvement projects.
    Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of moderate complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
    Education and Experience Required:

    First level university degree with a focus in business or economics;
    Typically 5+ years of experience in a finance or pricing function.
    Typically 1+ years of supervisory and/or leading a project team experience.
    Knowledge and Skills:

    Strong understanding of financial analysis.
    Excellent consulting and influence skills.
    Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
    Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
    Ability to work independently and take initiative
    Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines)
    Strong analytical skills - Experience in fact based analytics and business intelligence decision making
    Proven experience in Project management and/or Process management
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, catered to a wide variety of audiences (Director and above)
    Fluent in English (verbal and written)
    Strong knowledge of Pricing process area, experience with process improvement projects and ability to provide suggestions for process improvements
    Good business acumen - Thorough knowledge of HPE operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements, Broad understanding of core HPE businesses and the revenue cycle
    Strong understanding of the company's policies and processes.
