SBA Flex Recruitment SRL is specializing in job placement for Romanian citizens on the Dutch labour market. We are guiding our candidates to access unqualified and qualified jobs in the Netherlands, mainly in logistics and production in various industry sectors. The vacancies are available through SBA Flex Uitzendgroep BV, a reliable provider of temporary staffing services for the Dutch clients.

As an all-round Planner you are responsible for efficiently scheduling the temp workers of our organization. When elaborating the schedule, you consider the availability, skills and employment phasing of the temp workers, as well as the availability of housing, commuting distance and transportation options. For this role, a close cooperation and communication with all stakeholders is important. You obtain information and process all available data accurately and efficiently by updating the plan. On a daily basis you spent about 50% of your time filling the planning system with necessary information and supplying all stakeholders (colleagues, clients and temporary workers) with the latest updates.

Our future colleague should have:
- experience in working with spreadsheets and creating formulas in Excel
- experience with the daily planning of staff
- a structured and disciplined way of working
- the ability to perform accurate records
- good communication skills
- advanced level of English language
- willingness to work 40 hours per week
- flexibility regarding working hours (working between 06:00 and 22:00 and during weekends is part of the job)
- good analytical skills
