Mandatory tools: Visio or any other tool for activity diagram or sequence diagram.

Note: mock-ups could be also required, so an wireframing tool like Pencil, Balsamiq is perfect.

Technical knowledge level: low-medium, but you should be capable to know the difference between a client service and an application service.

Soft skills: Problem solving skills, able to take the lead when needed, curious, communicative

▪ Full understanding and validation of the business requirements

▪ Conducting gap analysis

▪ Validation of the business requirements into the architecture solution

▪ Create/validate the functional requirements

▪ Create/update the Requirements Traceability Matrix until the testing phase

▪ Consult with internal departments to identify customer's needs and include them into project objectives

▪ Propose optimizations and efficiency gains

▪ End to end functional knowledge-sharing inside the team

▪ Create the training plan for the new developers inside the team for easily onboarding into the asset functionalities

▪ Execute/support the training plan for all the resources required

▪ Manage the knowledge transfer between the involved resources
