    For one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Process Improvement Specialist, who can be the single point of contact in a new process, tools implementation and process training, and besides that:

    *3-4 years’ experience in HTR processes;
    *Good interaction with teams;
    *Previous experience providing Processes and Tools solutions for line managers;
    *Cross-functional enterprise understanding and the ability to work in cross-functional projects;
    *Capable of managing workload and prioritizing multiple responsibilities;
    *Lean Six Sigma methodology highly appreciated


    Key responsibilities:

    *Coordinates with line managers the analysis of activities and FTE;
    *Coordinates setting of key controls framework;
    *Act as process expert support and trainer for designated teams;
    *Act as SPOC for new process implementations/changes;
    *Support global and regional projects during transitions;
    *Develops KPI’s and other reporting and monitoring tools as needed.
