IT Intern

Schlumberger engineers, designs, and manufactures flow and pressure control technologies for customers working in the oil and gas industry worldwide.
A global organization provides support and delivers services using these leading technologies.

• Bachelor or student in Computer Science
• Good knowledge about W10 / O365
• English - Excellent verbal and written skills

• Provides second-line investigation and diagnosis
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for computer hardware and any other
authorized peripheral equipment
• Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures &
allocated timelines
• Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures
• Communicates with customer regarding incident progress
• Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved
• Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
• Liaises with customer, other SLB IT support groups and 3rd party providers when
necessary
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on laptops, desktops, printers
and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Support local IT infrastructure for business development projects
• Presents and educates IT solutions, methods, and tools to customer in order to
increase their efficiency
• Participate actively in IT team and follow up closely on the objectives & KPI’s
• Complies with Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) and IT policies
