Global Supply Chain Management Data Specialist

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Very good skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA programming;
Background in IT or business with strong focus on data analytics or reporting;
A plus for SAP exposure and/or QlikView
Know how to setup and maintain, large, interconnected databases;
Logical and structured approach to working;
Ability to understand and solve problems on your own;
Experience to work in a team / project;
University degree, Masters is an advantage;
Good knowledge in business and economics;
Very good English language skills;
Willingness to travel, especially during the first month of onboarding (Germany).

Responsible for the global S&OP data architecture, analysis and dissemination amongst key stakeholders in Sales, Operations and Finance;
Supply Chain Data and Analysis Manager;
Could be enrolled in and IBP project;
Conceptualize, setup and support business planning tools in Excel;
Supply Chain Planning and/or Operational Planning;
Maintain, update, consolidate business planning inputs and outputs on a global level;
Work together with key users and project teams to understand business requirements;
Build, test and implement required features;
Creation of reports and analysis;
Support the preparation and design of business planning meetings.

It is a challenging role with multiple posibilities to develop in the future.
Exposure to international level in terms of reporting system.
