Project Manager to BTL Romania

We do that through a holistic Research and Development process where all stakeholders, ranging from the production team, medics, specialists, nurses, etc., are integrated during the entire process and their feedback and suggestions are taken into account as important advice.

Your qualifications

● We expect that you as a minimum hold a Bachelor’s Degree Electrical/Mechatronic/Mechanical engineering or similar. A Master’s degree is preferred
● Your active involvement in socially beneficial activities (sport’s trainer, scout leader, volunteer work, etc.) is considered an advantage. So is a diverse working experience
● It will be good if you have previous experience with project management as well as with risk management, FMEA
● We appreciate if you have some years of practical experience with full product development of electronic or electro-mechanical devices
● Experience in developing medical devices would be considered an advantage
● Knowledge and design according to EMC, EMI, electrical safety and thermal constraints
● It will be an advantage that you have good knowledge of measurement techniques, test and lab equipment
● You are a flexible team player with strong communication skills
● You are also self-organized and result-oriented
● Good problem-solving capabilities, innovativeness, creativity

Your most important areas of responsibility are

● Leading a complex R&D project of developing medical devices from the analysis stage until the release to production
● Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team of engineers (hardware, mechanical, firmware/software) working on the project
● Coordinating with the Heads of HW/Mechanical/FW&SW departments on resource planning and development

Key tasks

● Cooperating with Product Marketing and clinical specialist on requirement definition
● Project management - risk management, resource planning, project planning, project documentation, project cost monitoring
● Cooperation on product certification and design transfer to production
● Coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Marketing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Service, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g. Industrial Designer)
