Bachelor’s Degree in Technology
Minimum 6-10 years of relevant IT experience
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate well with others
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Ability to manage large, complex projects from start to finish
Demonstrated ability to negotiate difficult, complex matters with vendors and/or customers

Provide guidance and technical leadership,
Building the right culture
Client management,
Providing direction to the Application POs / Analysts
Maintaining, designing and building software
Responsible to ensure all upgrades/enhancements and fixes to the software.
Providing analysis on upcoming regulatory requirements and testing of the new enhancements
Providing Application Support and Optimization
Developing and implementing innovative and cost effective technology initiatives and programs
