    Requirements

    • BA/BS Degree required– Bachelor Degree in Economics base on key accountabilities and customer counterpart person level
    • English is must
    • Business data analysis and account reconciliation
    • Expereince in direct customer liaising ideally B2B
    • Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented
    • Able to effectively handle and manage a high degree of multiple tasks
    • Creative problem solver
    • Team player with the ability to work on own imitative and autonomously

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure a proper hand over of the new accounts, with which Sales Department has signed new contracts
    • Prompt and efficient follow-up of customer queries & service requests. Liaise efficiently with AM Field Executives and Supply Chain Teams over calls and emails related to available stocks in distributor locations, collection of pallets, closing the orders in the system
    • Reply and solve customers inquires in a timely manner, based on the procedures signed and implemented with every client and distributor
    • Ensure customer satisfaction level is maintained according to KPIs
    • Ensure the proper set up of the locations that are using Alternative Services (distribution locations that are participating in MER, MES need to be proper set up in CHEP system)
    • Place necessary orders for customers using this service and make sure Standard Orders created for this type of services are correct (recurrence and parties involved)
    • Manage internal procedure for customers using Alternative Services by acting like a liaison between customers and the pick-up points;
    • prepare presentations to support the work of the Account Managers
