Communication & Strategic Planner

For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Communication & Strategic Planner with Advanced English, to work in the EMEA Small & Medium Commercial Sales.

Requirements:

· 3-5 years of experience in a related field (Training, Communication, Sales, IT, IT services/Call center)
· Fluent written and verbal English a must
· 3-5 years of experience creating copy and text used in internal/external communications
· Project management and ability to co-ordinate multiple channels of communication simultaneously across multiple campaigns
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

· Coordination of recurring process to collect, compile, review and send out recurring internal communications
· Manage weekly staff, all manager calls and all employee meetings *(Quarterly business webinars, management reviews, announcements, webinar etc.)
· Creation and possible delivery of executive level presentations
· Create, deliver, execute and manage communication programs and plans
· Create compelling content for video, print, email and internet
· Track all communications activities across EMEA and ensure visibility to all stakeholders on status
