Assistance coordinator with English

Required skills:

Open to working in shifts (includes night shift as well)
Bachelor's degree (preferably);
Good communication skills;
Proficiency in written and spoken English;
Previous relevant experience in working in a quality customer service environment ( preferably with a technical profile)

Key responsibilities:

Provide prompt and efficient services to the customer using the correct resources and verify that the required standards are delivered;
Ensure that the appropriate benefits are provided in a timely and cost-effective manner and in line with specific procedures and guidelines required by the clients;
Handle all incoming / outgoing telephone calls and written correspondence in a prompt and courteous manner in line with the company's standards;
Ensure that accurate costs are detailed on all assistance files;
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures;
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
