o Technical background
o Focus on customer satisfaction
o Good communication skills in both Romanian and English
o Knowledge of operating systems - Solaris & Unix/Linux, Oracle systems and Database, Storage and Middleware
o Knowledge of Networking and Virtualization
o Scripting and application management

We prepare our solutions to be delivered to the customers, designing and writing test plans and project-specific documentation.
We perform delivery of the solution to the customer, on-client site or remotely: implementation, installation, configuration and testing.
We participate in project meetings and ensure good activity reporting and traceability.
We analyse and resolve technical issues and ensure handover to support team.
We perform customers training on demand, either on site (in other countries) or remotely.
