Collaborate with Leaders of the various Pillars at the launch and growth of the Pillars;
Promote the commitment and achievement of results, search continuous improvements in all areas affected by the implementations of the WCM of methodology;
Carry out savings projects in cooperation with special team;
Promote the WCM culture, through the knowledge of tools and methods, as well as through involvement and initiatives of all the people of the plant;
Regularly check the progress of the launched WCM projects and stimulate the launch of the new ones;
Manage the Tracker program;
Keep the relationship with the WCM Central Team of Sekurit International
