• Providing customer support over e-mail/chat in order to solve their issues regarding the services provided;
• Thinking out-of-the box when it comes to customer approach;
• Guiding customers to use a specific product/service, taking into consideration customers specific needs;
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Presenting products effectively and answer prospects’ questions accurately;
• Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.

This role does require the ability to work in 4 shifts (06:00-14:00; 10:00-18:00; 16:00-00:00; 22:00-06:00) and over weekends.
