    If you can install any programm or app on your computer, from experience (no YouTube videos, no forums, no "call a friend" option) then you might be suitable for the role. 

    If you also know the differences (functionality wise) between Windows 7/8/10, then we should meet. 

    Nonetheless, if you are proficient with English, then we NEED to meet.



    • Offers assistance  to Bitdefender customers via telephone and chat (primarily) backed up by email and remote assistance, in order to ensure the Bitdefender business objectives, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; 
    • Promote Bitdefender services portfolio to customers in order to reach the allocated sales quota;
    • Ensures all established KPIs are reached – eg : phone and chat availability, customer experience index, sales quota;
    • Records and Shares any customer feedback with the other teams involved;
    • Acquires complete information in order to escalate complex issues to the upper tiers;
    • Build, assimilate, implement, audit and suggest improvement on working procedures.



    • Previous customer support or telesales experience (nice to have) – preferable 1 years;
    • Customer oriented attitude;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    • Initiative and proactivity;
    • Proficiency in English is a must (C1 level);
    • Experience with Mac OS, iOS, Android platforms is considered a plus.


    *Computer literacy guideline (for best technical match):

    1. Good knowledge and handling of the latest versions of Windows (7, 8, 10); along with a basic understanding of Apple computers and Android devices;
    2. Understand the use of: Control Panel, System Restore, Safe Mode, Windows Updates, Task Manager (for Windows), formats (.exe .txt .jpg .pdf .dll);
    3. Understanding of common computer issues and errors on Windows;
    4. Good knowledge of computers’ main hardware components, the operational role they play and the impact each one makes in terms of upgrading; (CPU, RAM, HDD/SDD, GPU).
