    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    Minimum of one years experience in a similar Logistics role.
    Intermediate English language skills – written and spoken.
    Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Preferred Requirements:

    French/German language skills would be an advantage.
    Experience using SAP will be an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    Organize the internal and international transport based on INCOTERMS rules and Company requirements in respect of specific law and regulations.
    Receive and manage the transport orders and send the transport orders to freight forwarders / carriers and keep records.
    Monitor and ensure transport orders in accordance with terms and conditions.
    Perform specific reports in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
    Organize, track and control transport orders in respect of contracts, applying specific rules of consolidations and mode of transport.
    Perform the delivery documents by using SAP procedures (invoices, packaging list, consuming norms, origin certificates, translations, etc).
    Perform documents and deliveries, notify the customers respecting the terms and conditions.
    Prepare and send shipping instructions related to transport documents, mode of shipment; fill in transport documents based on delivery conditions.
    Ensure and monitor the deliveries through fulfilling and accomplishing of related activities in accordance with delivery terms – INCOTERMS.
    Send the delivery documents to customers / Financial Department in accordance with payment terms.
    Obtain certificates of origin endorsed by Chamber of Commerce / embassies and consulates, economic offices of other countries in Romania.
    Perform import – export documentation, obtain licenses, permits and legal authorizations specific of these operations.
    Ensure all Customs formalities are in respect of specific law, obtain all the documents based on required customs regime, origin of the goods, country of destination, etc.
    Follow and ensure customs duty payments.
    Prepare customs files and obtain required authorizations, follow up their validity and extension.
    Establish and maintain the relationships with Authorities, custom brokers, as well as with the transport suppliers.
    Maintain the collaborate relationships with the Company suppliers and customers.
    Respect and apply the company procedures and policies regarding the position.
    Issue delivery notes STO (Stock Transfer Order) in accordance with requirements / based on notifications received.
    Perform specific report regarding STO operations between plants.
