Cerinte:
experienta de minim 6 luni in domeniul serviciilor de relatii cu clientii/Call Center
cunoştinţe de limba engleza la un nivel mediu
diploma de bacalaureat
cunoştinţe minime de operare PC
atitudine pozitiva si proactiva, empatie si intelegere
capacitate de ascultare activa si gasirea de solutii adecvate
Responsabilitati:
• Identificarea corecta a solicitarilor clientilor si rezolvarea problemelor semnalate de clienti , conform procedurilor de lucru avand o abordare amabila si profesionala
• Introducerea si procesarea in sistemul integrat folosit de companie a tuturor solicitarilor si solutiilor propuse
