    Role
    We are looking for full-time Accounting & Finance specialist to join our new team. "Agile Workforce Operations RO" will handle various activities within peaks.

    Together we will manage cheques and promissory notes , we will administrate the encashment related to the "Fifth Assignment of Salary", we will improve the quality of customers data, we will manage the import and export of loans and the documents containing all economic and financial data of Bank customers.

    Requirements:
    - Students or Graduated
    - Seniority: 0-1,5 years within our company
    - Good Italian skills (B1) + good English skills (B1)
    - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    - Good organizational abilities and attention to details, respecting the deadlines
    - Flexibility, dynamism and ability to quickly adapt to changes
    - Good communication skills and proactive attitude - client and team work oriented
    - Willingness to rotate and learn different activities
    - Drive for continuous improvement in our process
    - Proven ability to thrive and take initiative in a fast-proceed, dynamic environment

    Responsibilities

    - Perform the assigned back office activity, based on the established priorities and relevant cut-off times as part of the day to day responsibilities in accordance with documented procedures, processes, compliance and audit requirements
    - Work towards achieving individual and department objectives
    - Manage data of the bank customers and/or certification of the financial situation of the clients
    - Provide data to the performance monitoring systems on daily basis, analyzing the daily performance level and proposing appropriate measures in order to maintain or increase the target performance level
