Hamilton Company first started in 1950 in USA and, 10 years later, the company opened a new headquarter in Bonaduz, Switzerland. At this moment, we are over 2,000 employees at sites in Bonaduz, Reno (Nevada), Boston (New England) and in Timișoara (Romania).
Starting 2013, we perform our activity in Timisoara under the brand Hamilton Central Europe. Since November 2015, we moved to our new home located in Giarmata, Hamilton Street, the main activity being the production of highly precision microliter syringes. Currently, our team includes 180 members, but we are constantly developing and willing to perpetuate the Swiss tradition and professionalism.
Professional experience & skills desired to have:
Technical University degree;
Good English skills, German is a plus;
Good experience with schematic design;
Experience in board layout;
Experience in product development;
Experience with Mentor Graphics Expedition (preferably);
A good team player, creative thinking, self-responsible.
Develop products for our Liquid Handling components
Participate in the product transfer projects to Romania and be part of an interdisciplinary team (mechanic, electronic, firmware, technical support, production, product management)
Develop schematic designs on boards
Be part of the team that creates prototypes
Create design test plans and perform the testing on prototypes
You’ll make protocols/documentation on results
Help to transfer projects into production
Support our products in the second level support phase
