Responsibilities:

Act as a member of a global talent acquisition team
Be a consultative partner for hiring managers and their teams
Implement effective sourcing, interviewing and evaluation activities for a wide variety of requisitions
Manage full recruiting process cycle to meet the various staffing goals within multiple business units
Train and advise interview teams on processes and tools
Report, analyze and track recruitment KPIs
Promote and support corporate initiatives and programs
Active involvement inn employee relations topics
Be part of new HR projects and initiatives for the location
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skills
Fluency in English;
At least 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience
Experience of recruiting a variety of positions to include: Engineering, IT and/or other Corporate Functions
Experience with application tracking systems
Knowledge in Microsoft office and strong knowledge of Social Media utilization for recruiting
Experience with analyzing data and building reports in Excel is essential
Strong verbal and written communication
