- We are looking for a Bachelor degree graduate, with a previous experience in purchasing administration or in a similar role
- Fluent in both Romanian and English, French is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, able to structure and track a high volume of information
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills, able to multitask
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Responsible of the efficient execution of the purchasing activity: Purchase order generation, tracking and communication with all relevant stakeholders;
- Ensuring correct, complete and on time management of supplier orders;
- Escalates all non-conformities and deviations met in the ordering process;
- Responsible with maintaining a good collaboration with suppliers;
- Support(or back-up) for the Logistics team for other purchasing activities, transportation, receipts, export, etc;
