Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
Good spoken and written English skills;
Very good communication skills;
Eager to learn and develop new skills;
Experience in using SAP system would be a plus.

Supporting sales staff throughout their activity;
Looking for new and different standard products on Romanian and EU market, using company`s database;
Preparing offers, orders and invoices using SAP System;
Placing orders to suppliers and managing stocks;
Processing sales data and progress reports;
Maintaining the relationship with the company's clients by mail and telephone;
Updating the clients' database.
