The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

    Attention to detail (compliant with identification documents & right to work, training will be provided)
    IT Literate (Microsoft Word/ Outlook/ Excel)


    - Involved in the daily Prescreening activities for the designated countries (creates candidate profiles in the internal database, maintains contact with candidates based on the input received from recruiter – Welcome emails, Rejection emails, evidence of the rejected candidates)
    - Internal database profiles administration
    - Administrates the testing process for the selected candidates (registers new candidates in the tools, collects and centralizes the results)
    - Supports the Onboarding process for the new employees (created IDs and passwords, requests access in different internal tools)
    - Supported countries: Germany and Italy
