HIL/Bench Test Engineer

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

- University degree in Engineering: Computer Science, Programming, Electronics or similar areas
- Knowledge in programming (e.g. C/C++) – minimum medium level and basic electronics
- Good understanding of complex systems (including SW and HW)
- Good English language skills
- Communication protocols: CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet
- Experience with measurement equipment: multimeter, oscilloscope, climatic chamber, bench environment, simulation tools, HIL dedicated setup

- Develop test design for verifying the correct implementation of complex functionalities;
- Test Automation: develop SW and/or scripts that verify the correct behavior of he Device Under Test;
- Develop Test Specifications according to Requirements and defined Standards
- Perform tests according to project requirements and specifications;
- Work with complex environment consisting of SW tools (automation environment) and HW tools (automatic
testers, laboratory)
- Use and develop test equipment in order to simulate as close as possible the real life conditions
- Enter the results in databases (DOORS) report failures and document all changes in the given tools and
applications
- Report about the progress of the project: mileage, data quality, testing results (fault report, statistics)
