YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy;

Main focus on direct marketing Industry, working on various types of projects;

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc;

Screen candidates resume and job applications;

Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection methods to filter candidates within schedule;

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year experience in Recruitment;

Proven experience in the entire recruitment process (candidates sourcing and selection, cold calls, conducting interviews, proposing the candidate profiles, negotiation);

Good English skills;

Independent worker, but also a team player;

Dynamic and fun, open minded and professional.
