Requirements
Profile:
Graduated Faculty (Bachelor or higher) in Psychology, Economics, Marketing, Administration or similar;
Fluent in English (written & oral form), solid for negotiating, German is an advantage;
Good MS Office knowledge, SAP is considered an advantage;
High degree of proactivity, reliability, communication skills, organisational skills, good self-/time management, resilience.
Driving license.
Tasks:
Sending and receiving orders to/from suppliers or other company locations and managing the documentation;
Tracking equipment with an internal database;
Supporting time administration and solving incidents related to timesheets;
Organizing job fairs, events, presentations, company parties and similar activities;
Receiving visitors (e.g. candidates, suppliers, customers and business travellers) and arranging business trips;
Supporting remote locations with providing information and documentation.
