    Cerinte

    •Studii superioare finalizate;
    •Experienta in salarizare, administrare personal si recrutare;
    •Minimum 5 ani experienta desfasurata in cadrul unui mediu de productie;
    •Microsoft Excel – nivel avansat;
    •Experienta in coordonarea de personal;
    •Limba Engleza: nivel avansat (limba Italiana reprezinta un avantaj).

    Responsabilitati

    •Coordoneaza echipa HR;
    •Responsabil cu raportarea activitatii de echipa catre superiorul direct;
    •Organizeaza procesul de recrutare si selectie de personal pentru locurile vacante;
    •Mentine legatura cu medicul de Medicina Muncii, ITM, AJOFM si Directia de Statistica;
    •Intocmeste formele de angajare;
    •Redacteaza acte aditionale, procese de formare profesionala, decizii de incetare contracte individuale de munca, decizii de suspendare contract individual de munca din diferite motive;
    •Completeaza si transmite, Registrul de evidenta a salariatior si actualizeaza constant datele in programul de salarii;
    •Tine evidenta fiselor de post ale salariatilor si urmareste punerea in format ISSO;
    •Corecteaza ”Raportul cu anomalii” din programul informatic de pontaj;
    •Verifica pontajul zilnic/ saptamanal/ lunar al salariatilor, corecteaza anomaliile/erorile aparute in sistemul de salarizare si elaboreaza “Nota de calcul “necesara departamentului Contabilitate;
    •Listeaza si elibereaza fluturasii de salariu personalului societatii, pe departamente;
    •Intocmeste liste virament salarii, pensii si imputatii;
    •Genereaza si exporta Declaratia 112.
