    Portfolio Manager

    Your Mission:

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Understanding European Business Services environment complexity and closely work with the operational teams;
    • Managing the projects portfolio, preparing supporting documentation and participating to multiple portfolio committees, at local or at Group level, in respect to projects statuses, budget execution, risks and alerts mitigation, with high visibility on Managerial level
    • Creating and maintaining the relations with all Stakeholders in order to support the team in reaching the projects goals and respecting the approved budget – Sponsors, Clients, Project Managers, project team, Business team
    • Budgeting process: yearly constuction, continuous monitoring of execution, planning and forecast at project and team member level;
    • Ensuring that project management methodology and documentation is respected during the project life cycle
    • Identifying risks and alerts, communicating them and assisting the team in building and implementing mitigation solutions
    • Managing internal transversal projects for Business Solution Center own purpose
    • Active participant to Innovation related initiatives, connected to Innovation Community at Group level
    • Act as a SPOC for the relationship with various functions of the Company

    A little about you:

    • 5 - 10 years experience in project and portfolio management in banking environment; proficiency on Waterfall methodologies; Agile related experience would be preferable
    • Mandatory: experience in roles that suppose projects prioritization and resource allocation;
    • Financial Background – Academy of Economic Studies
    • IT knowledge – Computer Science studies during High School or IT studies from Academy of Economic Studies or Bucharest’ University;
    • Good understanding of IT projects methodology – full lifecycle implementation, understanding of business and functional specifications, testing, training for users, change management;
    • Good level for English (both speaking and writing); preferable an intermediate level and interested to evolve for French;
