    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics preferred
    • At least 3 years of experience in a previous role
    • Native Romanian and proficient English

    Responsibilities

    Daily tasks include (but are not limited to)
    • Facilitate simplification and implement improvements for local processes
    • Manage and track local budget usage and budget planning
    • Help identify, report, troubleshoot and track resolution of problems in interdepartmental processes (HR, Finance, Procurement, Real Estate, Travel, IT)
    • Collaborate with Operation team from each Business Unit to support company level activities
    • Support organization of all site activities from operational perspective
    o Job fairs, conferences, trainings, sponsored events, sport competitions, social activities
    • Support team managers on operation items for team activities:
    o Internal or external workshops, training participation, events, team buildings and other activities for/with the employees
    • Support and facilitate interaction with the procurement organization:
    o Set up suppliers
    o Work with suppliers, procurement and legal to ensure contracts are signed for services
    o Update and initiate Purchase Orders (for one-time events or for recurrent activities)
    o Track and support suppliers with invoice submission and ensuring invoice payments
    o Help troubleshoot and fix process issues related to interaction between business and procurement, like lost, incomplete or undelivered orders
    • Manage, order and track branded items used throughout the year
